commercial and developer services coordinating. Born in Halifax
Hospital, Daytona Beach, FL, January 17, 1961. Before entering
the title and real estate closing business in 1989, was
President of Intertravel, Inc., a commercial travel agency
located in downtown Houston, TX.

Patricia H. Schlemmer (Patty)
Escrow Auditor / Closing Agent
Became a part of Professional Title's family in 1992 to
help organize the opening of the Ormond Beach branch office. As
an essential part of daily closing operations, Patty
returned to her hometown, New Smyrna, in 1997 to help organize
the newest branch office there. She is a licensed Florida Title
Insurance Closer, handling all aspects of real estate closings,
customer relations and escrow accounting. Prior to 1989, Patty
worked with her husband in his business, Norman's Jewelers, a
landmark in downtown New Smyrna.

Rosemarie G. Frutchey
Closing Coordinator / Marketing Representative
With an
extensive background in real estate, Rosie is a "natural" at
coordinating closing details. She was the former owner of
New Smyrna Beach Realty and involved the family survey business
for many years. She remains actively involved with the New
Smyrna Beach Board of Realtors and is an Ambassador for the New
Smyrna Beach Chamber of Commerce. On a daily basis, Rosemarie
handles all incoming orders, coordinating contacts and
information with realtors, lenders, surveyors, termite and
insurance companies. She knows how to get the job done, and will
do it with a smile -- every time!

Having been
involved with real estate closings since 1970, Cyndi has an
extensive background in courthouse records search and
abstracting, examination of titles and issuance of title
insurance. She coordinated opening of the Daytona Beach branch
for Chicago Title in 1977, and was one of the founders of
Professional Title in 1983. She is responsible for all aspects
of title examination for all offices, as well as performing
closings and supervising the daily activities of the Port Orange office.

Formerly of Coast
Bank, Yvonne has been with Professional Title since 1992,
and has a diverse background in related title experience.
Currently the post-closing coordinator, Yvonne is responsible
for sending the lender packages, disbursement of funds and title
insurance policies. She also handles deposits and transactions
for our escrow account and sub-accounts. Yvonne is "the best
paper shuffler in town!"

Robin is a native
of Daytona Beach. She worked for over ten years as a legal
assistant for a local real estate and probate law firm. In 1998
she joined Professional Title as a closing officer and is
responsible for fulfilling title requirements; closing and

and commercial lenders.

multi-million dollar producing realtor from 1974 until 1987 when
she began with Professional Title. After working in the title
company, she assisted in a busy law office with all aspects of

and continues to serve realtors, builders, developers, and
